The intent of HAP is to make available a continuum of services to persons who are homeless and near homeless who can demonstrate that with the prevention and intervention services provided by HAP they would be able to meet their basic needs in the immediate and near future. Case management is made available to any client receiving services through the Homeless Assistance Program. The primary goal of case management is to assist homeless families and individuals in becoming self sufficient.
